Money Back Guarantee
All of our portable products come with a
thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with a product, and would like to return it within thirty
days, then you will be required to pay for the shipping costs back to
Peak Pure Air. In order to receive a full refund on returns you must
contact Peak Pure Air and you must return the unit in resellable
condition with unfilled warranty card, instruction manual, and in
original packaging. Customers returning products received after the
thirty days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Peak Pure Air can not
refund full price on products that use replaceable filters. Customers
returning products that have replaceable filters or UV lamps may be
charged a fee. Any item returned to Peak Pure Air that is not returnable
to a manufacturer will be subject to a restocking fee. This guarantee
does not apply to hard wired products. Please contact Peak Pure Air for
