Air Sponge unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in new
condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a prompt refund
within 30 days. Components that are not returned with all items intact will
result in the issuance of a prorated credit based on the cost of the missing
items.

you need to return your merchandise for any reason please notify Air Sponge

protection, please insure the package and use a shipping method that is
"traceable" such as UPS, Airborne, or Federal Express.
What if I order the wrong
size custom made filter?
Because
our custom made filters are constructed from one continuous piece of aluminum,
we can't resize them once they are made.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. So if your filter does not
fit properly we will arrange to pick it up, make you a new one in the correct
size and ship it back out to you. We must charge nominal fee of $35 to
