When your shopping cart contains all of the items you want to order at one time and ship to one address, click the 'Checkout Now' button.

To add more of the same product, change the number in the quantity box and click the 'Recalculate' button.

To remove any item from the shopping cart, 'Un-Check' it's check-box next to the Item ID, then click the 'Recalculate' button.  To empty the shopping cart completely you can either click the 'Cancel Order' button, or uncheck every Item ID, or change every quantity to [0] (zero).

When the shopping cart contains all of the items you want to purchase at once (and mail to the same address), click the 'Checkout Now' button.

Attention California Residence
CARB Certified Products  

As of October 18^th, 2010 all air cleaning devices shipped to CA must be tested and approved by the California Air Resources Board (ARB). Each product will show “CARB Certified” near the add to cart button if approved. Most of our products have not been tested or approved. The certification process has proved difficult and overloaded with red tape. Be assured that Peak Pure Air is working on the testing and certification of our products. When ordering, you must first enter your Name, Address, and Mailing information AS IT WOULD APPEAR FOR THE CREDIT CARD YOU WILL USE. Your Billing Address.

After submitting your Customer Information, you will be redirected to our Secure Order Form. There you will enter the Ship To Address (if different) and your Credit Card information. This page will be on a Secure Server. Your credit card information will be encrypted before it is sent over the internet directly to our secure payment gateway, which will instantly verify and process your payment.
Note: We and our secure merchant, Authorize.net, use address verification where your billing address must match the billing address for where your credit card statement is mailed. If your issuing credit card company does not support address verification your order will not be accepted.
As with most internet businesses the merchant account charges the credit card at the time of clicking on "Secure Payment". Once the transaction is completed a receipt page will be displayed and you will be emailed a receipt from Peak Pure Air and another receipt from the merchant Authorize.net.

If your order and payment are processed successfully, you will be returned to a Receipt Page containing your Customer Number, Order ID, and Order Details. You will be emailed a receipt from Peak Pure Air and another receipt from our merchant Authorize.net.

Shipping and Tax  

PeakPureAir.com offers FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous forty eight United States. Free shipping only applies to internet orders over $30.00 and with a shipping weight less than 30 pounds. Large oversized orders may pay additional shipping. Some other restrictions may apply. If you require shipping outside of this area please call or Contact Us for shipping options. Some products can ship for free to Alaska and Hawaii (although most orders require additional shipping). Most orders arrive within five to ten business days. Product shipping details and options are below each product ordering section. Additional charges may apply if shipped to a PO Box, (check individual product shipping information). Most products are not ordered from the supplier until payment is received from you the customer.

If you need your order shipped faster than our standard shipping, Express Delivery is also available on some products, upon request, for an additional charge.  We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate to help you decide.  Please don't hesitate to give us a call at 1-866-253-1746. Products shipped to any Texas address will be charged State sales tax.
No tax is charged on products shipped outside of Texas.

Canceled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We are a hands on customer satisfaction orientated company yet Peak Pure Air reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

All of our portable products come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, and would like to return it within thirty days, then you will be required to pay for the shipping costs back to Peak Pure Air. Call or Contact Us. In order to receive a full refund on returns you must contact Peak Pure Air and you must return the unit in resellable condition,  instruction manual, and in original packaging. Customers returning products received after the thirty days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Peak Pure Air can not refund full price on products that use replaceable filters or UV lamp cells. Customers returning products that have replaceable filters or UV lamp cells may be charged a fee. Any item returned to Peak Pure Air that is not returnable to the manufacturer will be subject to a restocking fee. Any refused delivery will be charged shipping both to and from, (this includes the return shipping). This guarantee does not apply to hard wired products.
