Peak Pure Air Money Back Guarantee
All of our portable products come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, and would like to return it within thirty days, then you will be required to pay for the shipping costs back to Peak Pure Air. In order to receive a full refund on returns you must contact Peak Pure Air and you must return the unit in resellable condition, instruction manual, and in original packaging. Customers returning products received after the thirty days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Peak Pure Air can not refund full price on products that use replaceable filters or UV lamp cells. Customers returning products that have replaceable filters or UV lamp cells may be charged a fee. Any item returned to Peak Pure Air that is not returnable to the manufacturer will be subject to a restocking fee. Any refused delivery will be charged shipping both to and from, (this includes the return shipping). This guarantee does not apply to hard wired products. Air Oasis Limited Three Year Warranty
Air Oasis gives you the following limited warranty for this product only if it was originally purchased for residential or commercial use, not resale from Air Oasis or an Air Oasis Authorized Retail Dealer.
Air Oasis will repair or replace, free of charge, to the original purchaser, any part that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within three (3) years of the date of purchase. The AHPCO Cell is covered for a period of one year.
This limited warranty does not apply to any part subjected to accident, abuse, commercial use (for residential units), alteration, misuse, damage caused by act of God, the use of voltages other than indicated on the label displayed on this product or service of this product by anyone other than Air Oasis.
Air Oasis does not authorize any person or representative to assume or grant any other warranty obligation with the sale of this product.
Air Oasis’ limited warranty is valid only if you retain proof of purchase from Air Oasis or an Air Oasis Authorized Retail Dealer for this product. If you purchase this product from any other source, your purchase is “AS IS”, which means Air Oasis grants you no warranty, and that you, not Air Oasis, assume the entire risk of the quality and performance of this product, including the entire cost of any necessary servicing or repairs of any defects.
Air Oasis’ liability for damages to you for any costs whatsoever arising out of this statement of limited warranty shall be limited to the amount paid for this product at the time of original purchase, and Air Oasis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THIS PERIOD.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Surround Air Warranty and Replacement Policy
What is covered: All parts defective in material and workmanship.
Exclusions: Regular replacement parts such as air filter cartridges and UV lamps; plastic clamps that hold in UV lamp.
What Surround Air will do: Repair or replace any defective parts.
What you must do: Contact Peak Pure Air toll free at 866-253-1746 for a return authorization number, return and shipping instructions.
Other Conditions: Factory-certified warranty service will only be available for XJ air purifiers purchased through Authorized Surround Air Dealers. Surround Air is now the exclusive source for the XJ's in North America, and Surround Air and its authorized warranty centers will be the only places able to obtain replacement parts. In which case, look for the "Surround Air Authorized Distributor" logo before buying your XJ unit.
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by us. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
90-Day Replacement Policy
If product malfunctions within the first 30 days of purchase, Surround Air will pay to have the defective unit shipped to them in Utah and also pay for the replacement to be sent. If product malfunctions within 31-90 days of purchase, customer pays to ship defective unit to Surround Air and Surround Air pays to ship customer a replacement.
Three year full warranty for the XJ-3000C, S3500, and Intelli-Pro; and one year full warranty for the S800. If product malfunctions beyond 90 days of purchase and within the warranty period, customer pays to ship the defective unit for warranty service to Surround Air. Surround Air will try to fix the unit and if it can't be fixed, will send the customer a replacement unit. Surround Air will pay for return shipping charges of repaired or replaced unit to customer.
For Warranty work the customer should remove their filter and keep it as Surround Air will send a replacement unit without a filter as the original filter received is not defective. Customers returning units for refunds that have replaceble filters will be charged for the filters or a 15% fee. Contact Peak Pure Air for return and shipping instructions.
