The SpringAir is not a filter. It is an air and ozone air cleaner. Instead it re-creates the same process that Mother Nature uses to keep the air fresh and clean. It generates the negative ions that nature uses to clear the air of dust and other particles. It also produces activated oxygen, and is an ozone generator, to remove odors without the use of fragrances. Control the Cleaning

The control for negative ion generation, ionizer, is separate from the activated oxygen control. Negative ions can be created around the clock to keep down dust and particulate. (SpringAir Ion Test Information)
Activated oxygen is normally kept at modest levels in occupied spaces. To remove major odors, the unit may be adjusted to a higher level for a period of time. Some use a timer to completely deodorize the home or office while away. Unused O3 reverts back to O2 in about an hour.

• The SpringAir requires very little maintenance. They use heavy duty ceramic plates that create the ozone to install and clean. (Avoids excessive production of Oxides of Nitrogen.)
• The SpringAir's cabinet is constructed of Natural woods: Oak, Cherry, and Walnut, not pressed wood.
• The durable fan motor has a SEALED BEARING ASSEMBLY to keep dust and other contaminants from getting into the motor, which may prevent the fan from working properly. The sealed bearing assembly also helps prevent ozone from breaking down the oil in the fan motor.

• The SpringAir units create Ozone. This activated oxygen is created when 3 free oxygen atoms combine together to create a high-powered super-charged oxidizing molecule. It attacks undesirable contaminants such as bacteria, molds, smoke, odors, etc., by changing their chemical and physical properties leaving only Oxygen (O2) and the oxidized substance. The CS1 does not create any artificial cleansing action, nor does it create any by-products that are associated with ozone.

SpringAir purifiers are serviced and warranted by the SpringCo Manufacturing Service Center at 500 West Washington St., Thomasville, GA 31792. For 90 days from original date of purchase, SpringCo will repair or replace the product without charge to the customer should the unit prove to have a manufacturing defect.

For 3 years from the original purchase date, SpringCo will replace any defective part without charge for the part. The customer is responsible for labor charges and for safely shipping the unit to the Service Center. SpringCo will return ship the unit by the same method that it is received at no charge to the customer.
This warranty does not apply to the ceramic ozone plates which are guaranteed to function in the unit upon the customer receiving the unit.

Money Back Guarantee All of our portable products come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, and would like to return it within thirty days, then you will be required to pay for the shipping costs back to Peak Pure Air. In order to receive a full refund on returns you must contact Peak Pure Air and you must return the unit in resellable condition with unfilled warranty card, instruction manual, and in original packaging. Customers returning products received after the thirty days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Peak Pure Air can not refund full price on products that use replaceable filters. Customers returning products that have replaceable filters or UV lamps may be charged a fee. Any item returned to Peak Pure Air that is not returnable to a manufacturer will be subject to a restocking fee. This guarantee does not apply to hard wired products.
